Tugby & Keythorpe Parish Council

Serving the people of Tugby & Keythorpe

Parish Clerk: Graeme Ostah

Next Parish Council meeting date tba in due course

UPDATE as at 28th March 2020

We are still awaiting guidance on holding PC meetings virtually but at present, it is not allowed in law for us to meet this way. Due to social distancing, we are not able to hold meetings in person (and, for obvious reasons, the village hall where we would usually meet, is currently closed).

We hope that the Parish Council meeting will go ahead as normal (in the village hall), although we obviously ask villagers to follow Public Health England advice about social distancing.

We have not received government guidance on holding meetings virtually and so, for the timebeing, still need to hold physical meetings open to the public for transparency. However, we also need to be quorate which may not be possible if councillors are unable to attend for social distancing reasons.

Please contact the Parish Clerk or any councillor to raise issues for the Agenda. The Agenda is usually published on the village noticeboard on the Friday beforehand.
