Planning Applications
Planning applications are discussed by the Parish Council which meets quarterly. If required, further meetings will be arranged as and when. Details of the meetings are shown in the Council Calendar. The Agenda for the forthcoming meeting is published at least 3 days prior to the meeting.
Whilst the Parish Council considers all applications affecting the parish, it is at the Parish Council's discretion as to whether it provides comment or not. The controlling authority is Harborough District Council who make planning decisions in the first instance, and if comment is submitted by the Parish Council, Harborough District Council will consider our comments in line with their Planning Policy.
